Ashley Espinosa is a dynamic consultant specializing in transit and urban planning, research, and data-driven storytelling. A University of Southern California (USC) alumna, she holds both bachelor’s and master’s degrees in urban planning and brings a strong interdisciplinary foundation at the intersection of mobility, equity, and community development. Her work is grounded in understanding how transit and the built environment shape everyday lived experiences and community outcomes.

Ashley brings great experience to JAF as the Transit & Planning Outreach Coordinator with prior work that spans public agencies, nonprofits, and research-driven consulting teams, including work with LA Metro and SCAG.
