Our core team is the driving force behind all projects. We are the thinkers, the strategists, the managers, and the doers. Innovation and passion are at the heart of how we serve. We are constantly exploring new ways to leverage resources creatively and effectively. Realizing that all communities and projects are different, we tailor our localized approaches and even our team to seek solutions that are adaptable to the needs of the community. A key part of our team is the Local Action Team (LAT). The LAT is designed with a commitment to meaningful community involvement and skill development at its core. This consists of paid active local community members that are trained and equipped to implement the inclusive grassroots outreach initiatives strategized by the JAF team.
