Hello JAF Family,

As we wrap up Q3 of 2025, I’m proud to share how this quarter reflects who we are at JAF, an organization built on people, purpose, and impact. We launched our inaugural JR3 Impact Design Fellowship, a year-long program for recent graduates to explore both traditional practice and entrepreneurial community work. This JR3 Fellowship reflects our belief that the future of design lies in leaders committed to equity, innovation, and social change.

We also celebrated the construction kickoff of a 300-unit affordable and supportive housing development that includes a peer respite facility and workforce development café, where JAF is leading diversity supplier tracking. And at LAX Terminal 5, our role as Inclusivity, Outreach, and Workforce Development Consultants continues to deliver meaningful opportunities across one of the nation’s largest infrastructure projects.

Together, these milestones underscore a simple truth: impact strategy works. By aligning equity and opportunity with every project, we are shaping systems that truly serve communities, today and for generations to come.
