Message from the CEO

From the Q3 2025 Newsletter

Hello JAF Family,

As we close out 2025, I’m filled with deep gratitude for the meaningful work we’ve done, but even more so for the growing community of passionate people who make it all possible. Every project, partnership, and milestone this year has been a reflection of shared purpose and collective impact.

This quarter, we planted new physical roots in Downtown Long Beach, doubling down on our commitment to the city where JAF’s journey began and establishing a collaborative hub that will fuel even stronger partnerships ahead. We also celebrated the construction kickoff of a 300-unit permanent supportive and affordable housing community which is a project that embodies our commitment to equity in the built environment. Our work at LAX Terminal 5 continues to advance as we lead Inclusivity, Outreach, and Workforce Development efforts across one of the nation’s largest aviation programs, while our newest team members, including our JR3 Impact Design Fellow and Fall College Impact Intern, remind us that the future of community impact is already here and thriving.

As we look toward 2026, JAF is expanding, through out Jericho Impact brand, into the new territory of advancing data-informed research, policy strategy, and technology-driven tools that strengthen how communities shape their built environments. But at the core, what we believe and who we are remains the same: Design can inspire. Development can transform. Engagement can unify. But without a strategy rooted in impact to align them, even the most inspiring, transformative, and inclusive projects fall short of building lasting legacy. At JAF we are impact strategists and community builders that create legacy defining solutions

Thank you to every client, collaborator, and community partner who has been part of this journey. The best is yet to come.

With purpose,
Joshua A. Foster, CEO
